7841 IP Phone - display caller ID Names

Hi,

I have a Cisco 7841 IP Phone. I have added some contacts and their cell-phone numbers to my Personal Directory. However, when that contact calls me from their cell-phone, the phone only displays the phone number being called from, instead of their name. How do I set it up where the name of the contact shows up instead of their phone number (like many other caller-ID devices with a contact directory)?
