7841 Softkeys not changing

My softkey templates for 7841 SIP phone will not change when connected.  Is there a firmware update that will take care of this?

Current Active Load ID: sip78xx.10-2-1-12SR1-4

Any suggestions?

Are you referring to specific key or the entire set of soktkeys. Try to configure new set of softkeys and if they change?

I am using 7841 on CME and not having such problem

Hi Mohammed,

The entire set of softkeys.  They are displaying the "On Hook" configuration, regardless of the state of the phone.  Once all call comes in, my template should change to give the "Park" option, but it does not.
