Experts, I am dealing with problem of changing our welcome message and I can't find how I can do that. I have already recorded message in CCIT- U-LAw, sample size 8-bit, rate 8 kHz, and need to replace the current one. I know the old java needs to be installed on the computer from which I will be logging in.
Please advice how I can do that. Thank You!

System Call Handlers >> Choose the required one >> Edit >> Greetings >> Choose the required Greeting. Come down all the way to bottom of page. Listen and replace accordingly.

What are you using to play the welcome prompt. Are you using unity connection or UCCX?

Indeed, I am using unity connection and looks like system call handlers are located in call management, but how can I listen them or replace?

Using that tool, I believe I should choose Call Handler > PLAY/RECORD >TOOLS> INSERT SOUND FILE or OVERWRITE WITH SOUND FILE.
That worked, Thank You all for Your help !!!!!!!!!!

Well,
I am trying to use record / play as it uses java and looks like this is not going to work since UCCM 8 uses ancient java, is there any other way to upload / replace greeting than GUI?
Samuel mentioned about unity audio text manager - am I going be able to replace .WAV file?

Yes, you will be able to do that. Just go through the tool, it is pretty easy. There will be easy tutorial videos available with the application as well.

Simply choose the required Call Handler, go to Greetings listen to the existing greeting to make sure you are changing the right one and replace it with the new one. Choose the below application to do this as it will eliminate all possible JAVA issues that you may encounter while doing it from CUC

Hi Adam,
The only other way to do this would be to use the greeting administrator role/conversation but this will not allow you to use the .wav you recorded. You will have to do the recording over the phone with this method;
Cheers!

Thanks Rob, I will try to use that method. I have to admit more than a year ago I was able to change the system handler message using .WAV file. I know I had issue with java since with CCUM 8.x not all versions play well.

Looks like I get this unity tool to work, so now trying to figure it out how I can replace the WAV file.
Thank You
