7911 on CUCM ver 11

Hi,

I need to load an intermediate phone firware version for 7911 phones on CUCM ver 11. My problem is that the advice I have seen is to load cop file 8.5.2 before using the original device default again; however, this version is not recognised on CUCM 11. Could yo uplease advise as I have quite a few 7911 that will not load.
