7911 phone stuck on Cisco logo after factory reset

I have a 7911 ip phone which i resetted using the factory reset sequence and after that the phone is stuck on the Cisco logo. Does anyone have an idea on how to trobleshoot this problem.

I tried deleting the phone and reconfiguring it on CM and that didn't work.

We have a DHCP Server that releases ip addresses to the phones as well as the PCs.

Hello,

Is your DHCP server set to provide option 150. If not, can you configure that and let me how that goes.

Yes the DHCP server is set to provide option 150. Other IP phones are working fine. My phone was also working fine till i did a factory reset and it got stuck on the cisco logo after booting up. The reason i did a factory reset was because i was trying to upgrade the firmware to a much more recent one.
