Hi.
I've gotten my 7916 expansion module working with a 7965. We have a receptionist who wants to use it to check line status before transferring callers. I've added the lines in question to the module (using "Line" in the Phone Button Template). Is there any way to suppress the incoming call information on these lines on the 7965 itself? Or to put it more clearly, if someone calls one of the lines on the expansion module, will it always display the caller information on the 7965? We would prefer to leave the 7965's screen clear, save for information about its "actual" line. Am I missing something in the "Line [x] - Add a new DN" portion of Phone Configuration?
