I have been receiving allott of complaints with the battery life of the 7921 phone batteries. When first installed 18 months ago, devices could last for a few days wihout charging. Now the majority of them (70 out of 100, rough estimate) don't last 6 hours. Curious if others have heard of, or experinced similar issues?
Thanks

We're having the same issue. Were you able to figure out the cause or a
solution?
Thanks

Majority of the issues stemmed from the bottom of the device. From putting device into charger and takeing out. The plastic part of device would get mangled and cover the copper charging pins. Thus not allowing the battery to fully charge. To test, take a battery that seems to not work well. And charge it via the back of the charger, Instead of just putting device/battery on the charger. Then test it out. This will determine for you if it is the device or the battery.

Thanks for replying. I think we found our problem. We upgraded to 1.3.4 a few weeks ago. Apparently it has
a battery life bug that we are hitting.
