I just got a brand new 7921G and going through the documentation, deployment guide and admin guide, I see that I need to config via USB. No USB cable was provided and I don't see a USB port.
What am I missing?
Thank you in advance for your time,

Liz,
You can use USB or you can use the settings on the phone itself. See the "Configuring Settings on the Cisco Unified Wireless IP Phone" section of the admin guide.
To use USB, you will need the USB cable that plugs into the same port as power. I believe you have to order this cable seperately. If you have the desktop charger, there is a standard B-type USB connector on the back. See the "Setting Up the Cisco Unified Wireless IP Phone 7921G" section of the admin guide.
Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

Thanks Brandon,
I was looking every where else assuming there was a USB port.
I emailed our vendor to see if he was supposed to sell me a USB cable, but now I know his answer will be yes.
Thank you for your help.
