Hi All,
I have a configuration problems with a new CCME system: router 2811 (firmware: 12.4.15T1 + n. 23 IP Phone 7931G firmware: SCCP31.8-2-2SR1S.
The problem is during transfer call from a internal number e.g. 101 and another internal number e.g. 102.
I explain the case:
Internal number e.g.: 101, 102 and 103.
From IP phone 101 I call 102 using button 2, (on all IP Phone I have assigned an internal number for each button, e.g. on my IP phone: 101 on 1 button, 102 on 2 button, etc), and after 102 has answered I try to transfer the call, pushing ?Transf? button on IP phone and then push 3 button (103). The call has transferred directly without the possibility to consult the person (103) before to transfer call. If I call external number and then I try to transfer it to e.g. 103 from my Ip phone (101) the call has immediately abort.
Note: If I use for transfer the call the phone keyboard or to be more precise, I digit 103 number on the keyboard instead of to push button 3 directly, the call has transferred correctly after I have consulted the 103 person and he has accepted the call, pressing ?transf? button again.
This sequence works very good on IP Phone 7960 system.
Can you help me?
Do you know where could it be the problem?

Hi Antonino,
Maybe this is what you are looking for;
Consult Transfer Support for Direct Station Select
For CME 3.2 and later versions, consult transfers can take place during direct station select. The default behavior is a blind transfer. Direct station select is a functionality that allows phone users to transfer calls to idle monitor lines. A monitor line is a line that is shared by two people. Only one person can make and receive calls on the shared line at a time, while the other person, whose line is in monitor mode, is able to see that the line is in use.
Consult transfers to monitor lines are performed with the following steps:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 1 Answer the incoming call.
Step 2 Press the Trnsfer (transfer) soft key.
Step 3 If the monitor lamp is off, press the monitor-line button.
Step 4 Announce the call.
Step 5 Place the handset on hook or press the Trnsfer soft key a second time to transfer the call.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If the person sharing the monitor line does not want to accept the call, the person announcing the call can reconnect to the incoming call by pressing the EndCall soft key to terminate the announcement call and pressing the Resume soft key to reconnect to the original caller.
Direct station select consult transfer is enabled with the addition of the dss keyword to the transfer-system full-consult command, which defines the call transfer method for all lines served by the router.
So you need this setting;
**transfer-system full-consult dss
Hope this helps!
