Volume cuts out on speaker phone, when having conference calls and customer mentions that sometimes it is necessary to dial in again to have to establish the conference again; customer mentions this is an intermitent problem, and that at some point someone went to check the phone but the problem is ocurring again.

Workaround:
Modify the directory URL to be less than 72 characters.
