What is the maximum # of people you can have on a conference call with a 7936 Phone?

I tried to connect 4 other people besides myself and got maximum exceeded?

This depends on the amount of resources that you have configured under the Media Resources. Also was this a conference or a meet-me or an ad-hoc? ad-hoc and meet-me maximum participants are configurable under the Call Manager Service Parameters!

This was a conference.

I went to Service Paramaters and changed the Maximum Ad Hoc Conf to 8 under Parameter Value and Suggested value is 4
