7940 /7960 IP phones conneted to SF 300 -24P

Hi,

I have a SF 300-24P (new one) I try to connect a 7940 or 7960 IP phone but they are not powered, if I connect  7911, 7970  they are powered without problem.

Should I configured something in the switch or these model are not supported??

The 7940/7960 used Cisco pre-standard PoE which I doubt that switch supports.
