7940 IPPHONE can't register

Hello,

i configured my CME router but one of my ip phone did not register. my 7961 registered but 7940 did not. i am getting the following message:

%IPPHONE-6-REG_ALARM: 25: Name=SEP0013C43B48FA  Load=8.1(1.0) Last=Initialized

is has something to do with firmware?

Hi,

Please do post debug outputs of the following commands on cme

Debug tftp events

debug ephone detail

show ephone phone-load

show telephony-service tftp-bindings.

and do remeber to debug both messages seperately ;-)
