7941 display ???

I have a 7941 phone that is showing ??? over the the left side of softkeys and when it rings it only gives a chirp then no more ringing. Any ideas on how to fix this or what the issue might be? I have reset it in the CM, reset it manually and still shows and does the same thing.

Hi Debby,

I've had similar issues before that could only be solved by physically

disconnecting the IP phone from the port/jack waiting 30 seconds and

re-connecting. Have you tried that

I had tried that one also and it didn't work, finally just switched out the phone with a 7961.
