I have a Cisco 3945 with cucme. When attempting to add a 7942 phone I receive the TFTP error "Sending error 1 No such file". When researching it seems that I might need an intermediate firmware update. Here is the tftp debug output:

I don't have the file the phone is looking for. Here are the load commands on the router:
