7942 list price

Unsure if this is the correct place or people would know.

Our reseller has advised that the Cisco 7942 list price has recently gone up $100.  This phone has been out a while now and would not have expected such an increase.

Can anybody confirm or deny this price increase.

Here in Australia Cisco increased the prices of all products by 12% mid March. If you are located in AU then prices were hiked not sure if it was global or regional never needed to figure this out.

I heard that prices were going up on the 79xx models as they are old(er) and components are getting harder to source. We are encouraged to switch to the 88xx series phones from the 79xx series.
