7942 phone unprovisioned

Hi,

   We got an cisco 7942 phone(using sip firmware)  trying to register with asterix phone system, but it says unprovisioned.  could anyone help.

Try removing the phone from the CUCM and configuring its parameters again, this forces the phone to download it´s TFTP configuration again.
