How can be connected a headset and a buzzer and a beacon to a 7942G IP telephone? If it is possible.

Headset has a dedicated port, buzzer is not possible, you will need an analog port in SCCP mode to connect buzzers or other types of device.

Regarding to the 7942G IP telephone, is it necessary to have a Server in the network to manage these telephones? Or are they servers in themselves?

Yes must use a server, cisco CM, CME, or third-party.
