Hi
I have a problem with a user that have the cisco telephone 7961 reboot randomly, I check tha call manager, change the cable and the telephone, but the problem still there. All the telephone are fine just the telephone from this user reboot.
Anybody can help me?

Other user have the same model (7961) and it works fine, but just with this user is the problem.

Hi,
Is it using a static IP or DHCP?try using a static or modify the lease time config in DHCP and see if that fix the issue.

Hi Paul thanks for the advice, I will do it, but another thing is that the telephone reboot when the user is talking for more than 2 minutes.

See if the phones have subscribed to any service and if they are not able to reach the location(http) then the phone might be resetting quite often.

Hi Paolo,
Did the call got disconnected when the phone restarted? If yes, this means the phone lost its network config or lease it. please proceed in configuring lease time adjustment on your dhcp server or use static then see if that fix the issue.
