7961 with SSL VPN

Hi All,

is it possible to setup 7961 IP phone with SSL VPN and IOS router as edge device in main site? we want to setup IP phone to register in CUCM for remote users without to configure site to site or server/client VPN? I know we can setup ASA with phone proxy, but how about router as SSL VPN server?
