Hi,how to find the firmware of IP phone 7931g whitch Compatible with Cisco Unified CME 8.6, on router 2921

and how to install it ?

thanks for your reply!  I can not download this use my CCO temporary ,and I see the "dir" command  on my device display as :

and I found the CME version is 8.6 with CCP2.6,but which file is above? cpexpress.tar? it cantain phone firmware?

I just want to konw if I should download the phone firmware and update it to my device?

To download Cisco software (including phone firmware), you need to buy a support contract.

Yes, you need to purchase the required support contract for gaining download access to softwares published on CCO.

Ans : Yes, you would need it.

You will have to procure additional flash memory if present one is not sufficient.
