7961G phone / 7914 expansion softkey display disappears

Hi

Does anyone know why a 7961G phone with 7914 expansion module to CCM 4.1.3 that softkey will disappear once a while (Not all the time) ??

If it is AbbrDial softkey which is missing, Abbreviated dialing is not available when transferring a call or doing Ad-Hoc conference. Fast dial is the best option to use.
