After upgrading our CUCM, Unity and PLM servers from 10.5.1 to 10.5.2 we are getting reports that the model 7965 phones are not disconnecting calls. They use headsets and a third party program is used to dial calls. This is happening to all phones and all calls at all locations. I didn't see anything in the release notes that suggests a change was made to the firmware of the phones during this upgrade.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

If CTI is used by that 3rd party app, was it updated with the new version 10.5.2 comes with??

I am not aware of CTI being used by the 3rd party app.
