7965 phone not logging missed, recieved, and placed calls.

We have a single 7965 w/expansion module phone that is not logging missed, received, or placed calls with firmware version SCCP45.9-2-1SR2S. Phone stopped logging calls about a month ago.

CUCM version 8.5.1.13900-5.

User is logged into the phone using extension mobility.

We have tried replacing the phone, no difference.

Any ideas?

7965 phone not logging missed, recieved, and placed calls.

Make sure that you have a TFTP server configured on the phone or it's learning of one via option 150 or option 66 from your DHCP server.  If you are missing that please add one and call history should show up.  Alternatively, check the line (directory number) configuration page in CUCM to make sure the "log missed calls" checkbox is selected for the line in use.
