Assuming you have CUCM 7+ you need at least 80 ms latency and 1.5Mbps for each remote sub for DB replication + 1.5mbps (total) for ICCS traffic, so if you have 2 remote subs you would need 3mbps + 1.5mbps.
Yes, I know the requirements for clustering over the WAN. I was looking if there was any requirements for doing a recovery on a Cluster that have subscribers over the WAN.
No special requirements, perform restore as documented. To save time it would be helpful to have the DRS backup locally with Pub.
