We have recently (within the last two weeks) started having an issue with our 7965g model phones. The 7965g model phones intermittently display a blank services screen. It is more annoying than anything and does not seem to be service affecting in any way. However, this is happening at multiple locations and we are receiving questions and complaints as a result. We aren't aware of anything that has recently changed to cause this. Ideas as to possible cause, culprit, and where to look would be appreciated so as to remedy this occurring.

I do not see any known bugs for this specific issue. What is the phone firmware and callmanager version? The console logs can be checked from one of the affected phones to start with. Additionally, the firmware can be upgraded to the latest version for a set of 7965's and monitored for similar issue.

Hi Manish,
We got the same issue, our CUCM version is 10.5 and the firmeware of the IP Phone is SCCP-45-9-3-1-SR4
