I am currently running Call Manager 3.1(2c) and need to upgrade a users phone to support more than 6 line appearances. I have checked to ensure that 7970G's are supported on my current level of CM.
I don't have a 7970 template on my CM. Can anyone please advise me of how I can obtain this template and how to install on my Call Manager?

Hi Brad,
I have checked a number of sources and I don't think that support for the 7970G was added until CCM 3.3.(3)SR2 :( Have a look at the 7970 reference doc;

A. The Cisco IP Phone 7970G requires Cisco CallManager Release 3.3(3)SR2.

A. No. There are no plans to support the Cisco IP Phone 7970G in Cisco CallManager releases prior to 3.3(2).
