I'm attempting to install a root CA cert on an 8821. I follow the procedure below but after I've uploaded the cert and restarted the phone I can no longer view the cert info page on the Phone web admin page. I get error "java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException" when I click on certificates. I've no way to check if the cert is installed or not. Any help greatly appreciated.
Server Certificate
The root CA certificate that issued the RADIUS server’s certificate must be installed for EAP-TLS or to enable Server
Validation for PEAP-GTC or PEAP-MSCHAPV2.
To manually install a server certificate, select Install for Authentication Server CA on the main certificates webpage.
Select Browse to point to the server certificate with PEM (Base-64) or DER encoding.
Will need to restart the Cisco Wireless IP Phone 8821 or 8821-EX after all certificates are installed.
