Hi
I've got a strange one here. I've an 8832 registered with CUCM, it's getting an IP, conf file and calls are working without any issue.
On CUCM it's showing as not available and the webpage isn't reachable.
Registration: Unknown
IPv4 Address: None
Thing is, the phone admin settings has an IP Address and shows as registered to the UCM server.
CUCM V 11.5
Phone 8832 Firmware 12-5-1-SR2

Have you tried restarting RIS?

Hi Jaime,
I came accross that on a few things, we've got around 800 end points, all the rest are showing as registered, just the 8832.
Is RIS still a good go to ?
