8841 expansion module configuration in CME

In CME we need to configure 8841 expansion module configuration,  the below config will work kindly advice.

Voice register template 9
type 8841 addon 1 CKEM
speed-dial 1 1111 label "vid"
speed-dial 2 2222 label "Faa"
speed-dial 3 3333 label "Carol"

voice register dn 9
number 9999

vocie register pool 3
template 9
number 1 dn 9

What is your CME verision? seems to be fine apart some mandatory command which i don't see . Did  you remove those intentionally like mac address type etc.., apart from that you need to look this

-88XX phones would be fully supported till CME 11
-88XX are supported via Fast Track Method.
-8800 KEM are only supported for 99XX phones in CME 10.5
-88XX with 8800 KEM are supported up to CUCM 10.5
