Hi,
I have a CP-8841 that is stuck on Verify Your Network Connection. IPv4 settings have been configured but the phone does not move past the Verify Your Network Connection message. I already tried factory reset and I also went into Settings/Admin Settings/Reset Settings/All Settings to clear everything.

What call control system are you using? CUCM? CUCM Express? Webex? 3rd Party?

I'm using CUCM

For the IPv4 settings, in addition to the standard IP settings does the phone show the IP address or FQDN of the CUCM server that is running the TFTP service under "TFTP 1"?
Is it on the right VLAN? Are you able to ping the IP of the phone from the default gateway?
The "Verify Your Network Connection" message generally means that your phone isn't getting good ip info, or if you are using FQDNs for servers that it can't resolve the DNS entries. So check for DNS as well.
