8845 7821 not available in load telephony-service

Greetings,

 

I am configuring voip cme on 4331 and i have uploaded the firmware of 77w1 and 8845 but i cannot find 7821 and 8845 under telephony-service  load config option but i can find them under voice global register.

My phone are showing registering and have not registered yet.

 

Please advise what is correct way to resolve this

Telephony s ervice is for SCCP phone. 88XX and 78XX  Those are under voice register global. Refer the SIP configurations guides.

Share your config, if you have configured ephone, this is not going to work. You need voice register pools and DN's.
