Hi,
we are using e.164 Directory Numbers for our network so we can call other extensions using the full +xxyyyyyyyyy number and it works fine from all 7841 phones. We have instead a problem with one 8851 phone.
In this case, if we dial the number manually +xxyyyyyyyy, the call goes out OK, however, if we dial the same number from the corporate directory, the phone automatically add an @x.x.x.x at the end of the number, where x.x.x.x represents the IP address of the CUCM.
This does not happen for the 7841 phones, they can dial from the Corporate Directory without any problem.
Is there an options somewhere that we can use to disable the 8851 from adding the @[IPADDRESS] to the numbers from CorpDir?
Many thanks,
Francesco
