8861 Call Duration Timer frozen at 00:00

I have a Cisco 8861-3PCC with SW version 11.2.1. I noticed that the call timer when you are on an active call stays at 00:00 no matter how long you are on the phone. I can't seem to find any documentation about this bug. Anyone have any insight on this? In the process of getting our VOIP carrier to update the firmware on their side but none of the release notes since then mention resolving call duration timer issues.

11.2(1) is old. Try something more recent, like 11.3(1).
