You should using CUBE to interconnect two PBX it is not safe to NAT a public IP to your CUCM.
You will also need to using SIP Profile to modify the sip header so the calls can be returned to your public IP.

How to to modify the sip header so the calls can be returned to your public IP.

Hi @waqas sardar

You would request you to implement Cisco CUBE for SIP HEADER modification.

URL: CUBE HEADER MANIPULLATION

Secondly I would suggest to implement NAT on Grandstream SIP TRUNK IP Address.

Make sure the transport, protocol, codec matches at both the ends.

While configuring SIP trunk on Cisco do mention " voice-class sip options-keepalive" in dial-peer for monitoring the SIP TRUNK status on CUBE.

We don't have cube.

Without a session border controller, known as SBC or CUBE in Cisco terminology, you would very likely not get this to work. Do you’re self a favour, take the advice given and setup a SBC in the call path.
