8861 default wallpaper has changed

We are getting reports that default wallpaper on our 8861 phones have changed. we are trying to determine what might cause this. This is on the phones that are already registered.

Any ideas what could have caused this change?

Cisco has changed the default wallpaper twice in the last few releases: pre-11.7, 11.7, and 12.0.

Did you recently move between these version?

We are running in 11.5 version, upgraded last year, and not every 8861's is reporting this, only few of them.
