8861 with Asterisk and multiple PJSIP lines causes registration loop

When we register a 8861 via SIP to an Asterisk box everything works well with a single line.  Once we attempt to register multiple lines the phone goes into a continous loop fetching the SEP.cnf.xml and re-booting approximately every 2 minutes. 

Everything appears to be fine other than this issue.  When registered with only 1 line the phone makes and receives calls. All other behavior of the phone is expected under 1 line.

Any help would be greatly appreciated because I am stumped at this point.

Asterisk 13.6.0

Phone Version 10-3-1-20 (Latest)

It seems to be a known issue with Asterisk and multiple lines on 8861 as i see the following post as well with similar issue

You may check with Asterisk support if they know of any solution to this issue.
