Hi All
I have installed a Cisco 8961 IP phone, we initially logged it on with a 7962 profile, when transferring a call, we had the option to resume it via a softkey!
However the BLF's were not working with this profile, so I then created a UDP for that phone, the BLF's not work, however the transfer softkey has now disappeared!
any ideas how to sort this ?
cheers

Hi.
Transfer function, has now a dedicated physical button on 89XX model.

Yes, we press the transfer key which is a hard key, but when we press the BLF key to transfer the number to, there normally appears a transfer softkey and a resume softkey, these do not work!
