Hi All,
There's something strange happening in one of our campuses. The New York campus has 7 builidings, the 911 calls dialed from ONLY ONE of the buildings are being routed correcty (correct PSAP). Calls from all other buildings are STRSNGLY routed to a differetnt city's 911 police departemet (Boston). I have no idea why the NY's 911 calls are going to Boston. There's absolutly NO difference in the phones configuration throught out the buildings. They are all going through the same RG, RL and PSTN GW. The only difference btw the buildings is the device pool where I don't seem to be able to see any issues. SRST Load balancing is the only difference btw the DPs. I would appreciate if you could shed some lights on this one.
Thank you in advance,
MK

Just a quick update:
I managed to get everything working. The issue was with CER. The phone that we were trying to make the 911 call was not configured in th CER. As CER didn't have any ERL configured for the phone, was sending it to the default ERL which was the one in Boston.
Thank you for taking the time and reading my posting.
