9951 calls not working with ISDN E1s

Hi

We have 9951 phones with H.323 Gateways, this Gateway has ISDN e1, calls from 9951 via this ISDN e1 not working, this same gateway has R2 E1, calls are working vis R2 E1.

Please help to troubleshoot

Can you please share the run config of the VG and a debug isdn q931 when calling from 9951?
