9951 Custom Soft Key Configuration

I have a 9951 video phone.  I am trying to program custom soft keys.  The user need all 5 feature buttons for lines and BLF's.  How do I program a DND and a Meetme button on the 4 buttons on the bottom of the screen?  With the 79 series phones, there is a line in the configuration for Softkey Template.  This 9951 phone does not have this option.

Hello,

for the 99-Series and the 89-Series you must configure feature control policys.

Device > Device Settings > Feature Control Policy (Screenshot)

Under the settings of the phone it is the last entry in device information.

Thank you.  But MeetMe and DND is not in that list.  How can I add them?

i am not sure, but i think you must add this to the phone button template and it is not possible to add the buttons to the softkey template.

I just looked in the documentation, 99xx admin guide, and it says that the soft keys are not programmable.

I'm actually trying to customize the "soft keys" of my Cisco 9971 Phone.

It it really not possible ?...

I think I've already seen an 9971 with cutomized softkeys
