9971 Cisco IP phone with speed dial BLF issue

Hello,

I have configured Cisco 9971 SIP phones on CUCM 8.5  I have configured 7 speed dials - BLF however i can see on 4 speed dials on IP Phone.

Please advice me how can i configured the 8 speed - dial BLF on 9971 Cisco IP phone.

Hello RB,

Only the line buttons on the left are configurable and the buttons on the right are dedicated for call sessions and are not configurable.  With that being said, you can't program 8 speed dial buttons.

However only 4 Speed dial BLF are only visible on the left buttons, though on the CM i have configured 6.

How many DNs are currently on the 9971?

How is the button template configured?

Only one DN is configured. 

Phone button Template has 1 first Line and all other button Speed Dial BLF.
