9971 Days Display Not Active

CUCM 8.5, IP Phone 9971 Load sip9971.9-2-4-19

Having a issue with the Days Diplay Not Active setting. I have changed it in the common device profile and assigned to phone. I have also manually set the setting on the phone config page. Seems like no matter what I do the setting wants to revert back to Sunday and Saturday and the same time.

This location is 7 days a week and starting to get complaints about the phones on the weekend being black. Even if I set the idle timeout high it wants to revert back to 01:00.

Is there a way to disable this all together where the display will just sleep at night and not ever duering the day? Also is there another place I am missing that might be over riding my settings?

It's a old thread, maybe the issue is resolved now, but it may be useful for others who face the same issue.

Kindly check if "Common Phone Profile" is applied on the phone. If yes, go to the specific CPP and update the required timings on the parameter "Display On Time" and "Display On Duration" and for "Days Display Not Active", press Ctrl+Highlighted days to disable the days.
