9971 mute audio only

Hello, the 9971 mute button by default mutes both audio and video.

Is there a way to mute audio only ?

I haven't found a "1 Button" solution, but we've found that pressing the Audio Mute disables both, but immediately toggling the video mute turns the video back on.

If anyone has found a way to implement a "1 Button" solution for audio only (short of buying the customers headsets) please let us know.

To mute audio only (not video), do these two steps: 1. Press the Mute button . 2. Press the Unmute Video softkey .
