9971 with HEADSET JABRA UC VOICE 750

Hi Everobody's

Some users have a JABRA UC Voice 750 connected to the slide usb port of a 9971 , running the firmware sip9971.9-4-2-13 on a call the voice disapeare after a time, they press the speaker button and revert to the headset button to keep the call on.

Is someone had this kind of problem??

Have you tried attaching the headset to a PC to update the firmware?
