AA/Call Transfer

Hello All

We implemented a UC560 with SP508g handsets and it is up and running. We want to enhance the system so that when a call is transferred to an extension, if the extension is busy, the Auto Attendant comes in and gives options to either leave a message, or go to another extension.

I am not very well versed with this portion of the system so I would like to know what my options are.

I have seen this other systems. What is this function called?

You can write your own AA script.

Search Cisco Unity Express Auto Attendant Scripting.

Or you can use my Universal AA script that supports any option. More info in my profile.
