AAR and CFUR

Hi, Just wondering if anyone is able to test the following behavior for me - which comes first, AAR or CFUR?

For example, if I set the location of a remote site to have a bandwidth setting of 1 kbps, however a phone in that device pool is unregistered with a CFUR setting to voicemail (or external mobile) which will take precedence?

Hi,

AAR and CFUR are different. 

AAR is working when the phone is registered to CCM.

CFUR is working when the phone is not registered to CCM
