Hi :
I have a customer who has a cisco phone 8845 MRA in America, and my CUCM is in China. now, I have a question about this phone MRA.
when the phone lost connection in America, we must retry to sign in many times (about 6-7 times) that the phone can register, and the most amazing thing that we need input the username and password again, i had enabled the phone (User Credentials Persistent for Expressway Sign in) function in CUCM.
by the way, i had tested the MRA project in my workspace. and i had tried to let the phone 8845 lost connection , when the internet connection set up again, the phone can be registered by itself. don't input anything again.
so i want to get your answers .

You can begin by looking at the diagnostic logs from the Expressway for one of the failed login attempts of the 8845.

I have some issues about Expressway logs, the Expressway logs is default closed . I am afraid of the open logs can take some problems that I can't solve.so can u give me another way?
