We are need access the IP Phone by CLI, but, when is configured the username and password is presenting error. Are there any default login and password to be configured. The models are 7911 or 7821.
No and the CLI syntax isn't publicly documented either. This is only used by TAC for advanced troubleshooting purposes. You have to configure the credentials and enable SSH in CUCM on the Device Config page for the login to be permitted.
