Hi Guys,
Hope I can use a little help here, i was trying to collect the access log on cucm 7.1.3, which is also
know as Cisco role-based security log, but RTMT telling me there is no files to collect.
I've confirmed the trace is turned on and set to debug level. dived into cucm CLI with command:
file list activelog /tomcat/logs/rbs/log4j/* to try to list the file, but apparently there isn't any file.
Understand that from 7.1.2 onward, we can use audit log to see what are the administrative changes,
however, i'm wondering is it because of this and access log no longer work?
Appreciate if someone could shed some light on this.

Have you tried disabling and re-enabling the traces?
Maybe the change didn't stick
